Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

AlpacaSmile offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items are delivered safely. Please note that processing of your order typically takes 1-3 business days before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

  • Domestic (within the country): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • International: 10-20 business days after processing.

Please be aware that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, you can enter your address to confirm if we deliver to your location. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that you are the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country's government are the responsibility of the recipient. AlpacaSmile has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you via email. Reshipping the order will incur additional shipping fees. If a refund is requested instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging your items, we understand that issues can occur during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period (exceeding the estimated delivery timeframe), please contact us. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier to locate your package.
