Welcome to AlpacaSmile. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AlpacaSmile website (the "Site") and our services related to the sale of dresses, sweaters & knitwear, and coats & jackets. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Site or use our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlpacaSmile, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
  • Any content obtained from the Site.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to AlpacaSmile in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Intellectual Property Protection

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AlpacaSmile and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both national and foreign jurisdictions.

  • Our Content: All visual and textual content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, text, software, and product designs, is the property of AlpacaSmile or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Your Content: By submitting any content (such as reviews or comments) to the Site, you grant AlpacaSmile a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Site.
  • Trademarks: "AlpacaSmile" and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of AlpacaSmile. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Final sale items, as marked, are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
  • Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
